Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate installation, testing and calibrating of job components.  Direct and perform all types of work required for A/V equipment, cat5, cat6, and optical fiber installations.  Experience with punch downs, terminations, pulling and testing.
  • Provide work directions and mentoring to other employees involved with installations.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Assist with estimates and walkthroughs.
  • Keep management informed of job needs, progress and issues.
  • Good people skills required to interact and communicate with customers.

We are seeking an energetic, well-spoken and goal oriented telesales team member to make calls and set appointments with prospects for technology sales and update/maintain records within the CRM. This position is for full-time or part-time, 24-40 hours per week within normal business hours. This is an hourly position and includes opportunities for incentives based on performance. Building Maintenance and Grounds Keeper

About the Role:
 Synergetics is seeking a Building Maintenance and Grounds Person to perform maintenance and mechanical duties and maintaining grounds for assigned buildings and related facilities. The main function of this role will be maintaining grounds.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks including:
  • Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, cement work, heating, cooling and appliance repair
  • Upkeep, maintaining and landscaping duties of all company ground areas
  • Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to do all the following:
    • Follow oral and written instructions

Network Engineer (CCTV and Acces Control)

About the Role:
This individual will be responsible for installation, termination and configuration, with or without direct supervision, of access control devices, such as: card readers, request to exits, electrified door hardware, access control panels, power supplies, and CCTV and DVR surveillance cameras, cable pathway systems and various cable that includes but is not limited to: twisted pair cable, low voltage cable and coax. A good understanding of relay’s and normally closed/normally open circuits would be preferred. These installations are performed in both new construction and retro-fit applications.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Install the strike and magnetic locks
  • Install CCTV /DVR, surveillance cameras
  • Install cable pathway systems
  • Install various access control devices
  • Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables
  • Program access control panels and systems
  • Configure the head end equipment
  • Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of security network problems
  • End-user system training post installation
  • Develop specifications, design systems and deliver proposals
  • Terminate low voltage cabling (phone, cable, network, CCTV, and Access Control)
  • Perform other duties, as required
  • Extensive travel including overnight stays required
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the area of security systems
  • Experience in installation, service, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, intercom, clock, bell, and CATV
  • Proficient in low-voltage cabling and termination (phone, cable, network, CCTV, and Access Control)
  • Knowledge of architectures for video surveillance, streaming data and core network technologies such as routing and switches
  • Exposure to operation and security configuration of Physical Security Devices (Access Control, IP Cameras, Video Stream Managers)
  • Be able to develop specifications, design systems and deliver proposals
  • Presentations and technical briefings internally to sales teams; externally to vendors and customers
  • Strong time management skills
